- Intensive Care:
Initial phase of care designed to get you out of pain fast, reduce
inflammation and irritation, and to begin your process toward the
restoration of proper spinal mechanics and motion.
This phase of care is given on a daily basis, or every other day, until
the initial pain and swelling is greatly improved.
Rehabilitative Care:
Secondary phase of care which reinforces the initial phase of care and
strengthens the soft tissue which surrounds the original areas of treatment.
This phase of care is given one to two times per week until the spine is
pain-free and the area of complaint has begun to be strengthened.
Maintenance / Wellness Care:
Final phase of care which serves to keep your spine moving properly for the
rest of your life.
This phase of care is given once or twice a month depending on the amount
of care required for your individual condition. This phase is vital to
continue and maintain stabilization and strengthening of the spine.
